This is not a legitimate business. This company is not located at the address advertised and has no ABN.

Poor after drop off service. The packing removals went ok, however attention to detail was lacking in some areas like keeping remotes and furniture components together. All of the beds were missing some screws. One was missing everything and another the lock nuts so the 2 beds are unusable. CBR removals have failed to respond to these issues in any way. Only response was a customer service representative would call on a certain date and time days later and never did. I’m now going to be out of pocket for new beds when they stated they covered transit insurance which hasn’t proved to be so. Beware if these issues happen to you.
And now with the response is a complete lie, the move happened over 2 days and not same day as they tried to explain away. Such a complete farce and lack of communication that has cost me money to replace the items they couldn’t take care of properly as most others would have
